Exhibition Management/How to Sign up for a Booth

If you are interested in exhibiting at FCAC, please check the map of the exhibition area. Choose your favorite booth among the available ones and proceed with the reservation. Booth space is sold on a first come first serve basis.

Fees

Booths are available at the following dimensions and rates:

• 2 m² booth for 500 €
• 4 m²  booth for 670 €
• 6 m² booth for 830 €
• 9 m² booth for 1250 €

Above prices include the following services:
Table and chairs
One registration for the conference
Free Wi-Fi access

Communication Pack

Pack 1: Necklaces (600 €)
Pack 2: Sponsoring evening aperitif + 10 min speaking time (1000 €)
